I have studied various ways to cure fatigue for many years. I believe that most types of fatigue can be easily cured or, at the very least, their symptoms greatly alleviated. It's always about a combination of natural remedies and spiritual techniques. A strong belief in God, a sense of meaning in life, and a willingness to change are also essential.
